- 1 lime - juiced
- 20 Soy sauce
- 5 tuna steaks
Procedure
- Mix the oil, lime juice, Soy sauce and Deep South Brown Sugar together in a shallow bowl; add the tuna and ensure the steaks get an even coating.
- Grill for 3 minutes each side, basting with the marinade as you grill, serve immediately.
