- 1 kg prawns
- 100 g softened butter
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 lemon - juiced
Procedure
- In a bowl mix together the butter and Herb Fusion Seasoning.
- Grill the prawns through and add to the Herb Fusion butter.
- Add the parsley and lemon just before serving.
