;Turmeric is a natural antisceptic, as many of the Indian chefs know. It is known as the doctor in the kitchen. Not only can it is use to heal small cuts it can combine with hot milk to reduce colds and coughs.
;The herbs and spices that good well with quail are bay leaves, coriander, fennel, garlic, sage, cinnamon, ginger, saffron, pink peppercorns, tarragon and thyme.
;This going to be difficult to answer, firstly I am very lucky, and I have the great pleasure of dining in many restaurants and eating some fantastic food, but what gives me the greatest of pleasure is walking into a restaurant I have not been into before and receiving great service, good food and good company. One of my favourite restaurants has to be Cracco Peck, Milan
