- 500 g tinned tuna, drained
- 50 g Schwartz ® Blackened Cajun Seasoning
- 2 red peppers, finely diced
- 250 g
- 100 g sweetcorn
- 100 g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 10 slices bread
- 75 g cheese for sprinkling
Procedure
- Mix the filling ingredients together and use to top the bread slices.
- Sprinkle with extra cheese and place under a pre-heated grill for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted.
- Serve with Mesquite Coleslaw, crisps and tomatoes.
