Old Bay Corn

Spice up a side of corn with a splash of Old Bay Seasoning. A quick and simple sprinkle can help to elevate the dish, increase customer satisfaction and boost profits.

Ingredients

Serves 10
10 ears of corn, husks removed
3 tsp Old Bay ® Seasoning
150 g unsalted butter, softened

Procedure

Pre -heat grill to medium high heat.
Cook the corn on the grill for 10-15 minutes, until tender and slightly charred, turning regularly.
Meanwhile combine the Old Bay seasoning with the butter.
When cooked brush with the Old Bay butter and garnish with finely sliced spring onions if desired. Serve immediately.
