Ingredients

- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 2-3 tbsp Franks RedHot ® Spicy Mayo
- 200 g carrots, peeled and shredded
- 300 g white cabbage, finely sliced
- 300 g red cabbage, finely sliced
- 4 spring onions thinly sliced
- Handful radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Schwartz ® Sesame Seed
- Mixed chillies to garnish
Procedure
- In a large bowl combine the vinegar and Frank’s RedHot Spicy Mayo. Add more mayo if you like a creamier slaw.
- Add the carrots and cabbage and stir to combine, before adding the onions and radishes.
- Serve garnished with the Schwartz Sesame Seeds and sliced mixed chillies.
