500 g fruit low-fat yogurt (fruits of the forest or raspberry flavour)
2 skimmed milk, chilled
30 sprigs fresh mint, or blackberry leaves to decorate
Procedure
Reserve three blackberries and put the remainder into a blender or food processor with the Schwartz for Chef Bramley Apple Sauce, yoghurt and milk. Blend or process for 15 - 20 seconds until smooth.
Pour into a glass and decorate with the reserved blackberries and a few blackberry leaves or mint leaves.
