Procedure
- Place mince in a bowl with Texan seasoning, salt and pepper and the garlic and onion. Using your hands, mix together until thoroughly combined.
- Shape into meatballs. You should get 5 out of the mixture at least.
- Place your tomato sauce in a saucepan and add the Italian seasoning plus salt and pepper. Heat gently.
- Brown off the meatballs in a frying pan with a little bit of oil. Once sealed place the meatballs into the pasta sauce to cook through.
