Procedure
- Take a rack of short cut pork ribs and liberally coat in Schwartz Classic BBQ Seasoning
- Place in a deep baking tray and cover with real ale
- Cover the tray in foil and bake slowly for 1½ hours at 140°/150°C or until tender
- Lift and drain. Allow to cool
- When ready to serve, coat generously with Schwartz Hickory Smoked Barbecue Sauce and return to a hot oven until nicely glazed
- Serve with chunky chips and salad
