- 3 bell peppers, destalked and seeds removed
- 400 water
- 25 g Schwartz ® Sriracha Seasoning
- 50 g sugar
- 100 white wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
Procedure
- In a food processor or high speed blender, add the peppers with the water and blend until smooth.
- Bring this mixture to the boil in a medium saucepan on a low heat.
- Add the remaining ingredients and reduce to a simmer.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes and then allow to cool completely before serving.
