Pacific Island BBQ Glaze | McCormick Flavour Solutions

A Pacific Island inspired BBQ glaze, infused with ginger and pineapple.

Ingredients

Serves 5 1/2 cups
950 ml Cattlemens ® Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce
160 ml Light Soy Sauce
160 ml Pineapple Juice, Fresh
4 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Ginger, Minced

Procedure

In a bowl combine Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce, soy sauce, pineapple juice, honey, and ginger in a bowl. Whisk until well blended.
Keep refrigerated for service.

This glaze is versatile enough to be used as a glaze for ribs, chops, chicken breast, and seafood or even as a dressing for a refreshing Asian slaw.
