- (350 grams) chicken breast - diced
- (200 grams) shitake mushrooms – sliced
- 1x red pepper – sliced
- 1x red onion – sliced
- (1x bunch) spring onions - chopped
- 2x pak choi - sliced
- (450 grams) noodles – cooked
- (1x tablespoons) vegetable oil
- (2x teaspoons) Schwartz ® Piri Piri Seasoning
- (6x tablespoons) tomato ketchup
- (3x tablespoons) soy sauce
- (1x teaspoons) Schwartz ® Sesame Seed
- sesame oil – to taste
Procedure
- Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok on the stove.
- Fry the chicken for 2 minutes until golden.
- Add the red onion, peppers and sliced mushrooms and cook for a further 4 minutes.
- Add the spring onions, pak choi and noodles and continue cooking until hot.
- Combine the Piri Piri seasoning, soy and ketchup and add to the stir fry.
- Serve immediately garnished with toasted sesame seeds and drizzle of sesame oil.
