These nachos are the perfect combination of crunchy tortilla chips, spicy buffalo chicken, and melted cheese. This simple-yet-effective dish makes for a perfect bar snack or sharing appetiser on menus.
In a large pan combine the chicken, sweetcorn and beans, heat through, then add the Frank’s® RedHot® Buffalo sauce and heat for a further 2 minutes.
Arrange a handful of nachos onto a serving plate, top with some of the buffalo chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Warm through in the oven for 2 minutes to melt the cheese and finish with spring onions.
