Procedure
- Place the chicken and stock in a bowl and add 1½ tbsp Schwartz Cajun Seasoning, yoghurt, Schwartz Ground Coriander and olive oil.
- Marinate for 2 hours.
- Thread the chicken onto 20 kebab sticks. Sprinkle with the Cajun Seasoning and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serving suggestions: Sweet Potato Mash, Mango and Coriander Mash with a side salad.
