A BBQ chicken pizza made with Cattlemen's® Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce.

- 4 Pizza Bases, 12"
- 475 ml Cattlemens ® Kansas City Classic BBQ Sauce
- 900 g Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
- 450 g Chicken, Grilled and Diced (2-3 chicken breasts)
- 2 Medium Red Onions, Julienned
- 4 tsp Coriander, Chopped
Procedure
- Set oven to 200°C/Fan180°C/400°F. For each serving, spread 1 pizza base with 110ml BBQ sauce, leaving a 1/2“ border along edges.
- Cover each base equally with the mozzarella cheese, chicken, and onions.
- Bake until cheese is melted and crust is crisp. Cut as desired and garnish with 1 tablespoon cilantro. Serve hot.
