Make the Chilli in advance. Brown beef well in a pan, adding the Montreal steak seasoning towards the end of browning. Remove beef from pan and set aside in bowl.
Then reheat the pan, soften onion and cook off garlic. Add the chopped tomatoes and puree along with the Cattlemen’s BBQ sauce, Frank’s RedHot Original Sauce, and water. Simmer for 20 minutes.
To make the Chilli Dog, warm the hot dog rolls, add the cooked sausages, top with the chilli filling, then the Frank’s RedHot Spicy Mayo and the Schwartz Crispy Fried Onions. Feel free to also add French’s Mustard on top too!
