1 7/10 kg sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
150 g crème fraiche
3 tbsp
Schwartz ® Blackened Cajun Seasoning
Procedure
Cook the sweet potato in boiling water, for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to the pan.
Mash with the crème fraiche and Schwartz Cajun Seasoning.
