Line a strainer with a few layers of cheesecloth or muslin, place strainer in a deep bowl. 2. Mix yogurt and Salt, then spoon into a muslin lined strainer. Fold up ends of cheesecloth and tie. 3. Let stand in refrigerator for 12 - 18 hours. 4. Spoon drained yogurt into small bowl, discarding any liquid. Add sour cream and continue as directed in recipe.
