Grilled Garlic and Herb Chicken

Tried and tested, Schwartz’s Mixed Herbs expertly blends marjoram, basil, oregano and thyme to elevate the flavour of chicken. Ideal for a variety of meal preparations, from chicken escalope to chicken Caesar salad.

Ingredients

Serves 10
10 chicken breasts, butterflied (200g each)
1 tbsp garlic, crushed (3 large cloves or 15g)
4 tbsp oil
5 tsp Schwartz ® Mixed Herbs

Procedure

Pre heat grill to medium.
Combine the Mixed Herbs, oil and garlic in a large bowl. Season to taste with salt.
Add the chicken and turn to coat.
Cook on chargrill until cooked through.
