McCormick Flavour Solutions’ Schwartz Chip Seasoning has been approved by the Craft Guild of Chefs under its Product Endorsement scheme.
The Craft Guild of Chefs is renowned for endorsing only the finest and Schwartz Chip Seasoning has gained product endorsement by passing its “Fit for Purpose and Quality Assurance” assessment in time for operators to cash in on the many opportunities during the upcoming Christmas ‘season’.

One of the chefs that tested the range said, “I like the colour of the product, the aroma is enticing as soon as added (sic) to hot recipes. The flavour is sweet with a slight heat and follows with garlic and spices. It is well balanced and tastes fantastic.”
When asked about specific advantages that Chip Seasoning could add to their businesses, the chefs commented on how it could, “Increase choice and variety for their customers”, “Satisfy the customer need for adventure / novelty” and “Make additional profit.”
Schwartz Chip Seasoning; a blend which includes paprika, smoked paprika, onion, garlic and black pepper with a very mild heat, enables foodservice operators to simply sprinkle themselves a slice of the action by adding to chips, fries, wedges or roasties, or become more creative and add as a spicy twist to recipes such as Croquette Potatoes.
